Cable new three story building, including:

• Cable approximately 2250 workstations and offices
• Design and build Server room
• Design and build IDF Rooms

Schedule

1st & 2nd Floor completed in 10 weeks, 3rd Floor completed in 10 weeks.

Critical Business Issue

• 1st & 2nd Floor Rough-In (Approximately 2100 cables) had to be installed within 3 weeks to coordinate with ceiling installation.
• 3rd Floor Rough-In (Approximately 2400 Cables) within 4 weeks to allow warehouse racking and shelving installation. Missed deadline would not allow future access to floor cores for modular furniture cabling.
• Large percentages of cables were going to be out of TIA/EIA-568-B.1 horizontal cabling specifications due to deficiencies in architectural engineering.
